Take the time to obtain a copy of supporting court documents or your criminal record if you have any doubts about the accuracy of your answers. Instructions for obtaining a copy of your criminal record will be available within your account page.
After you've entered your information, a ready-to-print Application Packet will be posted to the inbox on your account page. You can print your completed application materials, along with detailed filing instructions, within moments of completing the questions.

Please take the time to review your materials and confirm that the information is how you intended it to appear. If you see any errors, simply return the questionnaire from your account page and make the necessary corrections. Updated forms will be available right away for download and review.

You may have to attend a court hearing at some point as the court reviews your application. If a court hearing is required, you are allowed to represent yourself.You may also be required to pay filing fees to the court. Your application instructions will have more detail about that. You may also contact the clerk of courts to learn about required fees, if any.
Ruling
Some courts move through their schedules very quickly, others are slower. The court will typically take some time to review your materials and any information from a hearing, if one is held. Be patient, record relief is a goal worth the effort.
